Hello everyone,
in the meantime, we had the opportunity to change the plot within the same residential area because a corner plot at the edge of the field became available again. I continued planning the floor plan and would like to continue using this thread for that.

In the first image, you can see the plot (the image is oriented north), the access is on the east side (4m wide).
In images 2 and 3, you can see the planned floor plan.

What we like:
- From the entrance area, a sightline into the living room and onto the terrace
- Separate dining area
- Living room also separate (not a walk-through room)
- Access from the garage to the utility room (because of the dog)
- Shared dressing room for both bedrooms. The larger bedroom is the master bedroom, the smaller is the second bedroom or guest room. Currently, the second bedroom would be used permanently because one of the gentlemen snores unbearably (unfortunately me).
- In this draft, I come to about 121 m² of living space, which is good because we want/need to save

The entrance area with utility room and guest toilet could perhaps still be solved more cleverly.

I would appreciate feedback from you.
Thank you and best regards

Were there problems with the other property? Why the change? Because of the field edge location? And why can you only guess at the field edge location in the house and only catch a glimpse of it through one or two windows?

The sightline you mentioned is not one, as there is a door in between.

Can your change of mind regarding the separation of living and dining areas be explained? Not so for me.

Let me put it this way: if you continue like this, the house construction will not take place next year either. You have been fiddling around with your self-made bungalow designs for half a year, not accepting any criticism, starting again and again, but with the same mistakes repeatedly. Have you ever brought a general contractor on board? Your effort is useless if the affordable contractor does not build such a thing?!
Personally, I find the orientation of this plot much worse than the other one. If the field edge is a plus for you, then I wonder why. According to the design, no field edge is included.
The same dilemma as half a year ago: narrow dark corridor, no wardrobe. Then comes a mega long room, 10 meters long, but narrow, which gets even narrower for the kitchen. A narrow terrace door. 3.10: the dimension is a challenge to any dining area. A different kind of dressing room: over 8 sqm for 2 wardrobes, the rest for 3 doors.
From wall to wall, the house is dark because there are no south-facing windows.
That's my feedback, there is no more.

Oh God, why? I can only agree. I see no progress here, the groundhog day keeps repeating Mk I Release 4.7.11 – it's no shame if you do something else professionally, but: it's not much fun to watch you keep treading water. If there has been any evolution in the designs, you have at least maintained a remarkably consistent spirit. It breathes stagnation.

Since we also live in a bungalow, here again are the things that make a bungalow great or terribly ruin it:
- Pay attention to your hallway design! In a bungalow, you often walk through hallways; they deserve some beauty.
- You get a nice room layout in a bungalow most easily in an L-shape. This way, you separate the living area from the sleeping area.
- Avoid unnecessary doors! They only make the interior too dark. That stupid little door from the living room to the sleeping area is so unnecessary! Since the hallway is so incredibly small, you will constantly have to unhinge it, otherwise you’ll keep bumping the door into anyone coming the other way.
- Try to create as few walls and angles as possible. Simple structures especially make it pleasant for the eye and bright.

I think your design is absolutely terrible and uncomfortable. It reminds me a lot of my grandparents’ old farmhouse bungalow.
