Without knowing the overall situation, it is unfortunately difficult to say anything. However, especially with the bungalow, appealing indoor-outdoor relationships and interesting sightlines can be created.

This is particularly in the living room but completely failed. It is located at the end of a narrow recess, and due to the distance to the windows in the kitchen and dining area, too little light reaches it for sufficient illumination. Only the light from the southwest remains, which thanks to the roof overhangs is only usable for a short time. From inside, there is only a narrow-minded view outside. This would be unpleasant even in the best light. It is really bad when it is cloudy; then the light switch will be your best friend.

If I now infer from the initial situation, I think the property is surrounded by tall apartment buildings, but the arrangement of the rooms and windows of the other rooms does not fit that, nor does the planner's talent, unfortunately.

Hello, the plot is relatively free, no apartment buildings. Certainly, you are right regarding light incidence and view, but what is the alternative?? I have already drawn quite a few floor plans and searched the internet. But with the required rooms, everything is not so easy. The division between private and public should remain. If there are any suggestions, please post, I am grateful for any tip.

Have you ever looked at the bungalow floor plans from Danwood? Danwood's are my personal favorites ;)

Hello, I have designed a new floor plan after a few defects were mentioned. Especially the lighting in the living room and the view. I personally like the terrace (nicely protected). The plot is 28mx32m. I would have also made an L-shaped floor plan, but that usually results in a long corridor (hallway). I hope you will give your opinion on this so I can present it to the builder for processing. Thanks in advance.

without knowing the measurements, I see no space a) to place a reasonable wardrobe, b) to furnish the pantry properly, c) to furnish the bedroom with a double bed and a 3-meter wardrobe, d) to place a hallway chest of drawers, let alone a wardrobe (storage), although there are many walls available, e) to find a cozy spot for the sofa in the living room. The highlight (view axis) will be the office. Some doors can be moved so that at least storage space can be created, but I still see no potential to build on. I personally would use the wide side of the courtyard, move the dining area there, so that a meaningful connection to the courtyard is created.

Hello, this is not about measurements etc. now, only about the basic idea. The drawing is not to scale and only a guideline for the architect. Windows and doors are just "stuck on". Highlight, hmm, as Wanderdüne already wrote, too little light comes in and a narrow-minded view. And if I place the dining room there, where should the office go???? Regards
