Bungalow floor plan - What should be considered?

About the house: I like bungalows, I don’t like hallways, I like compact living. Somehow this floor plan doesn’t appeal to me. There are more creative options on 110 sqm where the open-plan living area can be better zoned.

Yes, with only 2m legs I too find it just a measly corner. As planned here I find it better, or as with winnetou78 (short version) .

That depends on whether there are still indigenous people living on the specific land or just a mix of city dwellers from all directions. In circles of Standard German speakers, there is hardly any chatting (and the little liqueur was bought, so one is just like the other).

Lightweight expanded clay aggregate is okay; some companies build with masonry and others with wall panels – that could explain the unusual dimensions.

We also had this type of covered terrace. Of course, we would prefer a larger terrace, but then we lose too much space.

The children's room is missing the window. The floor plan was only for the planner, for orientation.
