About the house: I like bungalows, I don’t like hallways, I like compact living. Somehow this floor plan doesn’t appeal to me. There are more creative options on 110 sqm where the open-plan living area can be better zoned.

But I will be away until tomorrow, so I can’t post any improvements.

If I remember correctly, the bride also goes through this door. If you drink Frisia tea with cube sugar, it might as well come straight from the bag. Possibly with soy milk. Then Mrs. Hansen definitely won’t come - rather the lady from the municipal council who can’t stomach Nordlys anyway

Yes, with only 2m legs I too find it just a measly corner. As planned here I find it better, or as with winnetou78 (short version) .

Development plan/restrictions Size of the plot: 944 m² Slope: no Floor area ratio Floor space index Building window, building line and boundary Edge development Number of parking spaces: 1-2 Number of floors: 1 Roof form: hipped roof Style: modern Orientation: north (entrance) Maximum heights/limits Further specifications: Buildable according to § 34

Requirements of the builders Style, roof form, building type: country house style / modern, the mix makes it. Bungalow, hipped roof, bungalow Basement, floors: no, single storey Number of persons, age: 2 persons 30 and 34 years Room requirements on ground floor, upper floor: option to convert the attic Office: family use or home office? office/guest room Overnight guests per year: 1-2 Open or closed architecture: open Conservative or modern construction style: modern Open kitchen, cooking island: open kitchen Number of dining places: at least 4 Fireplace: planned, but uncertain due to space, rather no Music/stereo wall: not necessarily Balcony, roof terrace: covered terrace Garage, carport: both (large garage, a boat - rigid inflatable boat on a trailer boat length 450 cm, one car, two motorcycles, mopeds (collectors), workbench, workshop possibility. Carport also desired: a building application for a garage would have to be submitted anyway since we might exceed 50 m². Carport: also planned Utility garden: yes, a little Greenhouse: no Further wishes/special features/daily routine, also reasons why this or that should not be: Partner works in a 3-shift system. We would like a small dressing area (not integrated in the bedroom). A pond for our koi.

House design - Who designed it: floor plan by us. The floor plans have already been implemented by the construction company. Changes can still be made. - Planner from a construction company: yes - Architect: no - Do-it-yourself: outdoor facilities if possible, possibly garage construction What do you especially like? Why?: the large country house entrance, we do not want to do without this. Covered terrace, since I do not really like any additions. What do you not like? Why?: utility room too small, but it cannot be helped because we are taking our kitchen with us. Price estimate according to architect/planner: 170,000.00 euros Personal price limit for the house, incl. equipment: 210,000.00 euros, rather 200,000.00 euros Preferred heating technology: air heat pump

If you have to do without, on which details/extensions - can you do without: if necessary, guest bathroom a bit smaller, but a shower of 120 cm*0.90 cm must fit - cannot do without: dressing room, covered terrace, country house entrance

Why is the design the way it is now? Because we do not want all rooms to be accessible from the hallway, it always reminds us of an office. We really do not want maze-like corridors either. Standard design from the planner? available, sample catalog Which wishes have been implemented by the architect? so far all A mixture of many examples from various magazines... no What makes it particularly good or bad in your eyes? Since we try to realize our ideas and wishes on a small area, the floor plan design is somewhat difficult. We do not want run-of-the-mill.

We are curious

One needs a hallway, or something like that, after all, shoes, jackets, etc. etc. Where should all that go?

We would like to keep the French door to the living area.

I will check

There are still some "indigenous people" living there partly. But also many who have moved out of the big city.

We also had this type of covered terrace. Of course, we would prefer a larger terrace, but then we lose too much space.

The children's room is missing the window. The floor plan was only for the planner, for orientation.
