The most important reason why the garage is not going to the east I unfortunately completely omitted. ☹️ On the east side there is a road narrowing. You probably can't just move that easily, can you?

Why are you giving away those 45 cm and not building right on the boundary? I think in some federal states you even have to build on the boundary or keep a 3m distance. Is anything in the way?

The problem is when one thing and another are the same, like for example the sunshine-southwest and the neighbor-view-southwest.
I no longer take the drawing placeholders of the GU/BT for "client-supplied" garages seriously at all. Was I ever supposed to do that here?
A broom path that is not even a broom's width is a born dirt corner for life.
