The most important reason why the garage is not going to the east I unfortunately completely omitted. ☹️ On the east side there is a road narrowing. You probably can't just move that easily, can you?

True, you're right there... could push the house further to the west side with the garage.

The broom corner could still be changed.

I can provide something current on Monday. But without the neighbor's building.

Oh, I thought the ground floor from #152 was the latest version. There is a west window there.

Theoretically, yes. But do you really want to have a curtain in front of a window all day? If I have a window, then I want to be able to look through it at any time or at least have nothing in front of it. It wouldn’t be for me if part of the windows in a room always had to be covered.
That would be like a prison, where there are bars in front of the windows.

In this case, maybe yes. The original poster might have to look at a model house or something similar, where the situation is exactly the same – then you can say more about the lighting conditions. But to say in general now that it is too dark, I don't know. We also have windows on two sides in the living area (window sills), but certainly not more area than the original poster with his floor-to-ceiling window. And I don't find that it is darker than at the spot of our floor-to-ceiling window in the dining area. If we had a floor-to-ceiling window instead of windows on two sides, I think it wouldn't be much darker than it is now. But that's all theory. Light also distributes well.

Attached are the latest drafts.

We still need to design the color scheme according to our preferences. Kitchen and bathroom planning is still open. Therefore, nothing has been adjusted there yet. Also, only the garage is drawn in and not the storage room behind the garage.
