I don't think the kitchen works that way. The line spacing looks just as big/small as the depth of the cabinets, so only about 60cm. That is far too little. Maybe just use paper and pencil instead of an unrealistic program. I also like working with Sweet Home.

I find the new plan somewhat less favorable, for example, the guest bathroom. I also do not see the access to the utility room as too critical in the first attempt, since the washing machine etc. is planned on the upper floor [OG]. However, a space for coat storage would still need to be created, but this could be achieved by moving the study door and the entrance door to create space.

In general, I would also tend to prefer a two-story building, as the windows on the upper floor [OG] can then be better distributed.

if the house becomes 12.85m wide and you subtract the exterior walls and the interior wall kitchen/living room and then furnish the kitchen as shown (with 1.10m distance between the lines and a 1m cooking island), then you only get a living room width of 7.60m. Such a sofa as shown will never fit in this small room, especially not with all the space around it. So you should really consider how much space you need.

Best regards
Sabine

My approach would be: not to wildly enlarge the hybrid from the two Gussek House inspirations, but only concretely where you think it would otherwise pinch; and then, by switching from knee wall / dormer to a full-height straight wall, to sweep away all possible headroom shortages with a single stroke. That should then also be enough - where circles of fiddling around like StanSch lead to is currently already illustrated by to my exhaustive amusement
