I would make a large window from the stairs to the upper floor, as the hallway upstairs is otherwise dark.

With the hip roof, the cost advantage would be gone again. I would choose a gable roof and also not do a two-tone facade.

There is still a cost advantage, for whatever reason. As I said, it is not 5000€ extra cost. Why remove the two-tone?

Wasn't the door from the kitchen to the utility room an absolute no-go? Now it's in there anyway. Then I would reconsider the design by Würfel from #88. A much nicer living room.

If only we had the measurements of the walls instead of the windows, we could help you a bit with the windows on the front. But for that, you have to know exactly where the walls are.

That hardly referred to a hip roof. You NEVER get a hip instead of a gable roof for that budget for two double casement windows.

Is the question why to forego looking shitty seriously meant? – I explained elsewhere that giving up pseudo-Gucci is the seed of the chance to achieve a city villa instead of a wannabe villa.

The door from the kitchen to the utility room is intentional because it makes the guest bathroom nicely large. In the other sketches, the guest bathroom was smaller.

I just asked the planner if he could send me the exact measurements.
