Why are you giving away these 45 cm and not building up to the boundary? I think in some federal states you even have to build on the boundary or keep a 3m distance. Is there something in the way?

If I’ve learned one thing from all the floor plans, if you want something additional, you have to give up something else. It is always a matter of priorities.

The problem is when one thing and the other are the same, like for example the sunshine-southwest and the neighbor view-southwest.

I no longer take the drawing placeholders from the GU/BT for "site-provided" garages seriously at all. Should I have done that here once? A broom path that isn’t even a broom’s width is a dirt trap for life.

Is there actually a plan somewhere where you can see the position of the house on the property? Preferably with the neighboring house also drawn in directly.
