I don't find it that bad. Thanks for the tip.

Is the house just for you? Or do you mean that it is more important for your car to have a nice sunny spot? I don't want to burst your illusions, but I think your car is blind and does not appreciate the sun rays. But presumably, I would have more success if I claimed that so much sun is not good for the car in the garage. It heats up completely and then the upholstery gets damaged. ... Convincing? Still not? I give up!

These are not huge plots and the neighbors are not far away. A bit of privacy is important to me. I would give that up if I positioned a large window on the southwest side. The neighbor could then look into my living room from his terrace, dining area, kitchen. At least the shed on the right side would have to move to the east. Better move the garage as well because that way both sides of the plot would be built up. I build about 45cm away from the property line, if the neighbor on the left builds his garage to the west and right on the property line, we have a narrow area that is hard to access.

If I have learned one thing from all the floor plans, if you want something additional you have to give up something else. It’s always a question of priorities.

So the neighboring buildings are already there? Sorry if I missed that, but they would of course also be interesting. But isn't it the same on the left and right? Because of the lack of distance, I mean?

45cm - is that allowed? How do you come to that distance?

The neighboring building on the west side is already there. Not yet on the east side. Since everyone has placed their garage on the west side, I strongly assume that the neighbor on the left / east will also place his garage on the west side of his property. Everyone does it that way because that is where the lowered curb is. 45 cm distance for the garage to the neighbor. The house has at least 3 m distance to the neighbor on each side. You couldn’t have known that because I hadn’t written it along with it. At no time.

There are curtains or double roller blinds, with which you can no longer look into the house but light still comes in.
