We will simply provide both options.

I had already suggested the idea of a large island, built-in tall cabinets in the utility room, and sliding doors weeks ago on page 15. In "my" floor plan, I still like the living room furniture arrangement best. The shed would just have to be moved to another spot in the garden or further down the plan.

I would definitely choose a sliding door from the dining room to the terrace. It is usually more practical than hinged doors.

Yes, the idea with the sliding door is from you and we want to adopt it. But the reset stays as it is.

Attached is the latest floor plan. From my point of view, we have reached a good status where one could say that the floor plan is final. What do you think?

The changes in the floor plan are:

[*]Clear room height back to 2.5 m
[*]Consequently changed terrace door heights/front door height and window heights to standard heights, respectively
    [*]Drawn-in kitchen planning
    [*]Two-leaf sliding door kitchen
[*]Changed layout of sanitary facilities guest WC
[*]20 cm wall offset in bedroom and bathroom so that a 3-meter wardrobe fits in the bedroom
[*]Stair tread width 100 cm; adjusted stair opening

Note on the stairs: The width of the stair opening has been set by the planner in the area of the roof window at a stair width of 110 cm so that the roof window can be better reached. This has no impact on the headroom with regard to the running height of the stairs. The rest of the stair opening has a width of 110 cm. Does that make sense from your point of view or is there any objection?

Note on the 20 cm wall offset: Instead of the wall offset, one could also take a smaller door in the bedroom so that a 3 m wardrobe can be placed. What do you think? Should I leave it as it is or change it to a smaller bedroom door or do something completely different?

We have a similar "tube" in the living-kitchen area and I already find our 2.6 m clear height borderline. Friends have 2.75 m and I find that noticeably airier and more pleasant. If the rooms are somehow interrupted or arranged in an L-shape, that's certainly something else, but 2.5 m is really too little for me.. 2.07 m window heights, is that then the top edge of the window opening? If yes, that would be quite low. We have about 2.20 m, and I would wish it to be even higher. I also assume that the sofa will stand directly in front of the window, the room width will not allow it to be placed further into the room.
