What should he want to use it for anyway? - 17 sqm just for brushing teeth, not even Dieter from Tötensen, Raab or Mälzer has such a big mouth. And apparently you are not the bathtub captain of the MS Wellness, otherwise you wouldn’t classify this plan under "there’s always tomorrow". In bathrooms, it’s not distilled water flowing, but drinking water. It’s alive – or as they nicely say: "there are fish fucking in it". The longer it stands in the pipe, the more the party gets going. Such a pipe is in a way a long cylindrical buffer tank. The longer the pipe, the more water “stands” in it.

You should slowly start planning the bathroom and kitchen now, otherwise you will end up changing everything again at the last minute.

That's exactly what I mainly wanted to say: you can't put it on the back burner because otherwise it can reset everything.

The answer is not sufficient for me.

Circulation systems are necessary according to DVGW only for systems with more than 3 liters of water content. (hot water side)

Theoretical pipe lengths of up to 38m are possible without circulation.

I currently see no problem with Legionella.

So in the bedroom (northwest) we only have one window 1.51 x 1.38 facing west (so not floor-to-ceiling) and I find it already darker than rooms with double casement windows, but it depends on the position of the sun. When the sun is in the west, it is very bright and there is no difference to rooms with double casement windows. The other rooms on the ground floor also have a double casement window facing south and I think that really makes a difference, especially when the sun is not in the east or west at the moment. I think light from two sides always brings advantages, in order to catch direct sunlight better. Double casement windows bring a lot of light into the room. But please not the very small ones. Facing south we have 74 x 140, also to avoid overheating too much; facing north we have 94 x 140 in the bathroom and that is really cool as a panoramic window. In the hallway we have 2 times 74 x 140, which bring a lot of light into the hallway.
