Look, at these 3 places it will not work like that. Your distance from the island to the line is about 80 cm, the passages are 60-70 cm. That is all way too tight. I had already made a suggestion on how to solve this.

There are also narrow spots on the upper floor – marked in red.

I would take 20 cm from the office. You don’t really need that space and it would ease the situation in the bedroom with the closet next to the bed and the entrance a bit. The wall offset doesn’t look good anyway. I would not make the bedroom door any narrower under any circumstances.

Thanks for your feedback. We didn’t make the decision lightly either, but in the end settled on 2.5m. I had the chance to see a house with 2.75m on the ground floor and 2.5m on the upper floor. 2.5m is sufficient for us and we save the additional costs.

First of all, thanks for your feedback.

Unfortunately, the kitchen is not perfectly drawn, so it looks somewhat narrow in places. I have therefore listed the detailed view again below. The distance between the kitchen island and the kitchen line is actually a bit tight at 86 cm. I am noting that and will discuss it again with the kitchen planner when I do the final coordination.

Regarding the office. Actually, I didn’t want to make the office smaller, but I’m thinking about doing it after all. The corner in the floor plan bothers me as well. But as you already said, the situation in the bedroom with the closet next to the bed would also be eased.

There are additional costs elsewhere where you should rather save. Maybe not such expensive tiles after all, or the cheaper shower door – you can save money there that you can invest sensibly here.

I find the room dimensions always significantly more helpful in floor plan discussions than those of the windows and the sections of wall between them. I do not understand the roof windows that are drawn overlapping into the exterior walls.
