now with a straight staircase after all, or what? I thought your husband didn’t want that?
That would bring me back to the "Future Mannheim" prefab house
He doesn’t know anything about it yet, but if a floor plan is that awesome, he’ll definitely be convinced..
a treat on 153m²
double-height space! Study! Great, modern exterior!
PS: I am neither related nor connected by marriage to Fa. Weiss
But you’ll definitely get a commission from them.. just kidding.
Our dressing room must be separate from the sleeping area or arranged in a way that you can get out of the dressing room directly without having to go back through the bedroom.
If you find something like that, also gladly from Fa. Weiss, bring it on
Changing it yourself will probably overwhelm you, and your junior planner as well. Maybe @Würfel* or @RomeoZwo can give a little push, unfortunately Katja was driven away here (not by the community).
Oh no.. Katja is gone! I thought she was on vacation or something.. To be honest, I had really been hoping for her drawing skills and ideas
and can you give a push before I die of complete despair..
The single-flight straight staircase makes me the most skeptical whether the courage to draw yourself has already led to success here. Let the dear husband know that insisting on a "landing staircase" would mean the floor plan would only leave a narrow-south garden.
My advice is: A) make the so-called decision "chocolate side S or W" to clarify the way toward a "real" rectangle; B) print out the models "Zaba" and "Tolentino" first and scribble comments on them and then sleep on it for two nights (together,
The chocolate side should be W because it’s a bit more "spacious" then. In S we would basically be sitting on the terrace next to the rear residents’ parking spots. I don’t imagine that being very enjoyable.
I’ll take another look at the floor plans of Zaba and Tolentino right away and print them out and scribble some notes
