now with a straight staircase after all or what? I thought your husband didn't want that? That's where I'd be back at the "Future Mannheim" prefab house

a treat on 153m² double air space! Study! Great, modern exterior!

PS: I am neither related to nor connected by marriage with the company Weiss

Methodically incorrect inversion, even if it may often be true. Yes, you can: Arm yourself with graph paper and actively defend yourself against the fact that she is confused. You have already done that now. Not a Eureka yet, but a start, now keep playing. With sixty to forty, you’ve only tried with your little toe how the water temperature is in the non-square pool. Did you see my comments and links from last night or early this morning? The new floor plan proposal in post #169 is no good. It goes in the right direction regarding the dimensions, but a crucial part doesn’t work: the dressing room could not be entered here without disturbing the sleeping people. Changing that will probably overwhelm you yourself, and also your young planner. Maybe or can give a push here, unfortunately Katja was driven off here (not by the community). The straight single-flight staircase also makes me most skeptical whether the courage to draw it yourself has already led to success here. To the esteemed husband it should be said that insisting on a "landing staircase" would mean that the floor plan would only leave a Bauwich south garden. My advice is: A) to make the aforementioned decision "chocolate side S or W" to clarify the way for a "real" rectangle; B) to first print out the models "Zaba" and "Tolentino" and scribble criticism into them and then sleep on it for two nights (together, builders and spouses can do more than just limit their opinion forming/expressing to the staircase shape) and then draw the distilled result of this fermentation process—starting, mind you, with the upper floor. I like that the new general contractor design explicitly includes an inserted staircase to the attic again—that greatly defuses the planning in my opinion.

I also find it quite nice. Is your floor plan secret? Just curious. I like many posts with pictures of your house.

He doesn’t know anything about it yet, but if a floor plan is that awesome, he’ll definitely be convinced..

But you’ll definitely get a commission from them.. just kidding.

Our dressing room must be separate from the sleeping area or arranged in a way that you can get out of the dressing room directly without having to go back through the bedroom.

If you find something like that, also gladly from Fa. Weiss, bring it on

Oh no.. Katja is gone! I thought she was on vacation or something.. To be honest, I had really been hoping for her drawing skills and ideas

and can you give a push before I die of complete despair..

The chocolate side should be W because it’s a bit more "spacious" then. In S we would basically be sitting on the terrace next to the rear residents’ parking spots. I don’t imagine that being very enjoyable.

I’ll take another look at the floor plans of Zaba and Tolentino right away and print them out and scribble some notes

Thanks I posted it in some thread at some point, but I don't remember where

just move the door, then you have your entrance through the dressing room
