Thank you first of all for all your tips and suggestions.
Why are there trees in the living room? :)
According to the architect, they are supposed to represent indoor plants :D
Does the bathtub work at about 1.50 m height? It feels a bit tight at the end.
You might be right. We will reconsider that.
Where does it lead out from the utility room, garage/garden?
Yes, to the garage or carport
Living room a bit narrow. Relatively a lot of traffic area.
Yes, I would also like it to be a bit wider, but unfortunately I don’t see another option, otherwise the passage from the hallway to the living room would become even narrower. It is currently 1.10 m.
The passage from the hallway into the living/dining room seems a bit narrow to me. How wide is that passage?
The passage to the living room is 1.10 m
You probably have a closed staircase, right? What happens to the (storage) space under the stairs – is it accessible from the utility room?
Yes, a concrete staircase and the storage space under the stairs is accessible through the utility room.
Unfortunately, another staircase is not possible because otherwise we would not be able to reach the bathroom upstairs. In our previous floor plan (see attachment), the bathroom was in the dormer where the dressing room is now, but many told us that the bathrooms should be on top of each other because of the pipes. Furthermore, a walk-in shower would not be possible because the slope for the pipes would be too low. I didn’t want pipe casing through my dining/kitchen area.
We had the house priced according to our wishes by our construction company and they came to €230,000. We are building in Brandenburg.
I also attached the location of the house.
