The kitchen is unnecessarily large at 16 m2 without a dining area, in my opinion. In the middle, there is a free area measuring 2x 2.5 m. If you are not constantly working there as a group of four, I would find a tall cabinet front at the top of the plan, a sink on the left side of the plan or in the corner, and an island at the bottom of the plan more sensible, the latter moved up by one meter.

The access from the hallway could possibly be omitted or just place a SideBySide on the right side of the plan.

I do like having a big kitchen, but without a separate dining area, I also find it unnecessarily too big.

Now it’s going the same way as with .. We’re back to square one..

There will be no separate study.

If (against expectations) a second child works out, the whole home office issue will be settled anyway until then the 2nd room upstairs can also be set up as a workspace..

Today I’m meeting the architect again, crisis meeting

The new drawings are here!

I think they are great! But I would be happy if anyone notices something inconsistent.

Otherwise, it is also about the windows. I would like to hear opinions on whether anything can be optimized there.

In any case, the kitchen window should become a strip window.

The additional consideration is to also bring the west windows in the bedroom and children's room to 1m.

The window in the children's room on the east side should also be 1m.

Since there are several windows in the room, it shouldn't get too dark, or what do you think?

Why do you want only a strip of light instead of as much daylight as possible in the main workroom of the house, namely: the kitchen?

What else should take place in the large master bedroom? I would either place the bed against the outer wall at the top of the plan or on the left side of the plan and position the windows behind the nightstands on the left and right, or place the passage from the dressing room at the foot of the bed.

However, the overall planning is not really well-rounded yet.

To be honest: after seeing #82 in the morning and then #90 in the evening, I just thought: "the woman draws drunk at night". Putting a dressing area in a corner, just roughly moving everything around, hats off to the professionals. Apparently, she shifts the room sizes without thinking. Does she do that according to your specifications, or does she ever think for herself, e.g. children's room with a10 and 15 sqm.... no words. I still don’t understand the staircase: why is the starting step so mega long that it has to be built over by four steps. Is that even possible? I would make the other flight as large as possible so that there can still be a storage room underneath?! Basically, you should plan at least 60cm depth for the wardrobe. The island is a joke: 1.20 if you’re guessing generously. But overall it’s getting better. However: having the head of the bed directly at the entrance in the bedroom and having to enter the shower along two windows, I would change that immediately, not the bathroom furnishings later. Expect that you will probably only get a nice bedroom set up if you are flexible with the window arrangement. If necessary, I would give up symmetry between bathroom/bedroom.

Have the staircase definitely inspected. I consider 5 cantilevered steps not feasible.
