yes, it is certainly more complicated.

yes, it is certainly not optimal structurally. It would have to be checked.
I thought the garage connected on the left and you could quickly carry groceries into the kitchen here. Also through the hallway.
Unfortunately, there is no ELWS :-P

The most important thing first: don't be put off by my likes on discussion posts or even diligent drawings – I consider any discussion of this GU draft nonsense!!!

Well, then it probably will not be the MAD

10 pages read, 10 quotes remembered for answers
... of your soul? Or your psyche?

Phew, why does it have to be quiet in the living room when the day's work is running? The times of Mr. Pasha should have been over for a long time now.

Then put a door there.

What's the point of being close to the terrace if there is no door?

You should look at various model homes – a city villa or a two-story house is not rocket science.

It really depends on the cm! With 90 cm nothing adverse happens.

What does one have to do with the other? What do fixed times have to do with office use? But okay, I also consider washing in the office a silly idea, though I get a lot of contradictions from you without justified reasons.

Nope. Why expensive? Doesn’t have to be.

For many, washing up is something they rather do unpresented. And an island presents itself in the living and dining room. For my part, I don’t find a central sink very desirable... Especially when it comes to rinsing off food leftovers.
Exactly.

I find most rooms quite large. And really, nothing was planned, but just as it turned out or was drawn by the layman. I hope you won’t make the same mistake with the draftsman and prework the specialist. Judging by your answers, the dissatisfaction lies somewhere else entirely. Maybe you’re not ready yet for your own house? Maybe you’re still mentally in some kind of phase of finding your way?

Huh, what exactly does that have to do with Pascha? There are days when I bake something at 8 p.m. for the next day and my little one watches a movie with dad, the TV doesn’t have to be turned up loudly just because mom has gone into her baking frenzy.

I plan to.

The door will go directly to the dining area, which is only a few meters from the kitchen.

As long as I don’t lose too much space, the door will go in the kitchen.

Because I also start the washing machine at 8 a.m. and 5 minutes later I’m working, for example.

There’s a reason for everything, otherwise you wouldn’t want it that way. I like to reconsider ideas brought up here, but having an office and doing laundry in the same room is simply not an option.

The drawing comes from the general contractor and the draughtsman probably took a finished floor plan from the portfolio again and slightly altered it.

And also was right, not to even discuss a floor plan where things are missing that should be there.

We have no dissatisfaction, only total uncertainty.

I met with an architect today, who was recommended to me by a very good friend (not the previously mentioned architect/draughtswoman). We talked about our ideas and room requirements and I have the feeling she understood us immediately. As you already wrote, we did not do any preliminary work either, just talked, didn’t show anything..

I hope for the best..

So, there are new drawings.

The requirement was max. 150sqm, currently the architect has planned about 140sqm.

I like the ground floor, only the living room feels too narrow.

On the upper floor, I don't know if the room layout is optimal and the windows also don't seem quite right?!

These are the first drawings + exterior views, we have not yet talked about the roof, etc.
