Floor plan optimization single-family house approx. 150 sqm - on a small plot

and in your first draft the kitchen is not completely open? What is the difference?

I don’t quite understand that – your kitchen in the first post is open. Or do you only want to operate the kitchen mixer in the pantry?

The planner forgot the partition wall. I had told him that the kitchen should be semi-open and that sliding doors should run in the wall so that it’s quiet in the living room when I have all the machines running there.

Ok, we have a bit more floor space (3 m²) but 44 m² of living (with kitchen) and also an office of 11 m² on the ground floor (+ 4 m² bathroom + 8 m² technical room + 12 m² hallway)
I think the hallway is very wasteful in the first post... The utility room could maybe also be a bit smaller.
I have already seen floor plans in this size range with an office on the ground floor...

So if you can think of the floor plan designations/names right now, feel free to share! I have searched everywhere, also here in the forum I have examined all floor plans thanks to the "All pictures in this category" function.

I also think the hallway takes up a lot of space..

Most floor plans where an office on the ground floor is possible were planned with a straight staircase and we really really don't want that or the house was very large..

True, straight staircases are often seen. But I also find them nice. Here are two floor plans...possibly somewhat larger than your version, maybe you can still save a bit here and there. But if you want an office on the ground floor, you now need some space or you make other rooms very small..

...so the maybe desired office is not included in the floor plan but one does not yet know if it is needed because only one person believes it is necessary and...

Edit: The drawn-in dining table measures roughly 1.70 x 0.7 assuming the grid is 0.25cm per square.

I would take a closer look at all the measurements again...
