You are looking, like me, for the all-in-one solution. And on a small number of square meters. I haven't found the solution after 6 months and then prioritized. I'm curious where you will end up.

Right now, I don't really like prominent stairs either. The somewhat hidden landing stair has something.
With the straight staircase, the rooms to the left and right of it can't be as wide as possible because the hallway becomes wider.
With the landing stair, I managed to get a relatively wide kitchen of over 4 meters, which was important to me because I knew how I wanted my kitchen to look (sink and stove on a peninsula).

Your landing stair floor plans were not bad. But the ones with the straight staircase were not bad either.
You will probably be equally happy with all the floor plans. I would prioritize, for example, the terrace on the west. That would probably contribute more to happiness.
Here, in hindsight, I have also seen great floor plans. They managed what I wanted to achieve.
But they had completely different conditions with [building envelope], a larger budget, a capable architect, and they built larger than me.

Yes, I’m unfortunately still looking for the aforementioned egg-laying wool-milk sow. But I’m already close to giving up.

With the straight stairs, it at least simply feels like a home office fits in, which somehow wasn’t possible with the house size and the landing stairs..

We probably would already be finished here, too, if the plot offered more space

I always liked floor plan ideas from , very very unfortunate that I can no longer draw on her input.

For a chocolate side facing west, I thought of aligning a rectangle with the short side towards the street and only leaving the building width to the south, which should be under 11 m if you make use of the building envelope – however, I considered the houses of and as the most suitable sources of inspiration.
What bothers me about the "podium staircase" is only the podium: compared to a winding of this turning area, it wastes the space for the possible steps there and makes the staircase practically about the same length longer around the podium and thus a) overall bulkier in the floor plan and b) then pushes either the exit or the entrance or both in front of wall areas otherwise suitable for doors.
The egg-laying wool-milk sow unfortunately has to remain an unfulfilled dream of the alternative villa compressors in practice. It was last seen at Wolperting but is currently in a protected period.

I printed out Zaba's and Tolentino's floor plans and doodled on them.. In the end, I doodled so much that I couldn’t see anything myself anymore and then gave up

I then searched through the entire category for floor plans and found myself again in Kaho’s floor plans for OWLers..

Office removed, living room expanded and the utility room placed next to the kitchen.. The playroom upstairs = office...

Without a bay window, it has a depth of 9.40, how wide is the building, can someone determine that? Then I would try to trace that

Except for the end of the sentence, that makes me happy - would you like to show the scribbles? (Surely there's a lot to learn from them). That also makes me happy, and I will tell Katja.
