That is why it is rather impractical to place the cooktop on the island. Additionally, you then need a more expensive extractor solution. It is more practical to have the sink on the island, as you use it much more often.

Whom or what, the architecten. Unfortunately, your profile is invisible – so I don’t even know how many posts you might still need before you would be allowed to write to me... however, my name at gmx (de) is the same ... Finding plots and architects is no piece of cake, but also no witchcraft.

Have we already reached the point where we have to correct other users' declensions? Accusative or not, if there's a desire for individuality, it's a case for the architect[s]!

By the way, I'm Swabian and that's why I'm going to get myself some more vom chocolate now and I won't let anyone take the butter off my bread here anymore.
And those who don't like it can just look away!

I have now become a fan of prominent stairs

Wow, the structural engineer will be happy. There isn't much stacked on top of each other, is there?

I also like prominent stairs. I find the path to the kitchen a bit difficult. Either through the utility room or through the living room.

Then I would rather carve off a small hallway from the utility room.

Many thanks

I just spoke on the phone with a very good friend and told her about my troubles.. she works in the public sector (don’t even know what and where) where there are also architects. She told me that one of her colleagues draws floor plans on the side for builders.

She will now establish contact between us and we’ll see if she will draw for us!

If that doesn’t work out, I would very much like to take you up on your offer of making contact. Many thanks in advance!
