Basically, you should plan at least 60cm in depth for the wardrobe. The island is a joke: 1.20, if you estimate generously.

The planner is still very young and, as already mentioned, doesn’t have much experience with standalone single-family house planning. I thought it would be great to support a young, committed woman so that her range of experience could expand accordingly. You already mentioned that. But constantly defending a service provider for something that costs nearly €300,000 is the wrong approach. If you look at the first draft compared to the last one, hardly anything has really changed. Except for slightly increasing the floor area by a few centimeters or shifting the non-load-bearing walls a bit within the same grid, you could even do that yourself with a pencil on copies. Ultimately, YOU have to know if this is what you want to build. For me, as a service, it is absolutely not sufficient.
