To be honest, I really like this arrangement in the bathroom, and the office corner upstairs as well. Of course, it also depends on whether you have office chaos or countless folders, etc., or a nice little spot with a laptop and nice decorations where you enjoy sitting. For example, we have our Wi-Fi printer in the utility room and also a small office area, which is why I can well imagine it. I once had the toilet opposite the shower and didn’t want it at first. But then I really found it great; it has a lot to do with individual design/use, and especially in open areas you just have to be a bit careful. You could move the bedroom wall a bit or just have one door to the bedroom/dressing room; for example, we had a small sofa in the dressing room/bedroom, so a little more space there can also be nice; again, a question of design. At first glance, I find the ground floor successful; to what extent you want to have the kitchen area so deep into the dining area, you probably know better. I always wonder why there is a door to an otherwise open room, but maybe there are reasons for that. In any case, I would shift the guest WC wall slightly so that a shower could fit there; a second shower in the house would be a must for me.
