We had our floor plan revised accordingly.

Deviating from the attached file, the staircase will now additionally be executed as a half-turn staircase.
Advantages: More space in the dressing room, door from the dressing room to the bedroom, space for furniture in the hallway.

In addition, the staircase will also continue upwards into the converted attic.

What do you think of the floor plan?

Correct, additionally the change of the staircase. Unfortunately, the design is copyrighted, so I cannot show it here. The staircase is now a half-turn. Thus, the issue of the "dirt area" in the house entrance is also off the table.

A bathroom would not be my thing at all. You literally run into walls at the entrance and continuously thereafter...
