Oh nonsense! The drafts are really not bad at all.
Help out with your good memory: There must be some optimized 150m2 floor plans here in the forum?

I thought you wanted to accompany the planner with motherly patience so that she learns to walk? That's why you should take the growth into your own hands. No need to look far: basically, the floor plan of Villa Shiny is pleasing, and what needs to be done with it I have already said several times: 1) Identify the flabby spots or recognize if there are none, we were already a bit further here: reduce children's room size, abolish bathroom apartheid; 2) accept if the result is not square; 3) let the rooms guide you where the windows want to be. Don’t forget to tackle the upper floor first.

Again about the kitchen planning: With a width of 3.60m, the room is too narrow for an island or peninsula that can accommodate both sink and cooktop.
Option 1: On the top of the plan, a wall unit with tall cabinets and sink or cooktop. Below it, with a distance of 1.20m, a peninsula docked to one of the two side walls. I can’t decide right now which I like better The peninsula could be about 2.60m long and 1.20m deep, with sink or cooktop placed on it.
Option 2: Remove the kitchen door and install a U-shaped kitchen
Option 3: Instead of the island, add a cabinet to the wall below the kitchen door.
Option 3: Remove the kitchen door. Place a tall cabinet row on this wall. On the left side of the plan, in front of it, a peninsula (top to bottom). In that case, it can be 3m+ long and accordingly both sink and cooktop can be placed on it. However, it cannot be quite as deep, about 1m-1.10m should fit.
There are certainly more possibilities

Where is the terrace again? In the west?

I looked at the site plan from #1 again. I don't think you can change the exterior dimensions that much, right? Going further south gets tight because then the property boundary comes. Going further west would be possible, but then the terrace moves closer to the boundary. Is the west terrace fixed or could it also be moved to the south?

I wonder what you are actually communicating there!
"Mirror the stairs, different bedroom entrance, and remove the shower window"?
You have received a lot of input. Instead of discussing the sense or nonsense of it within the partnership, now a draft with few bluntly executed changes is hastily thrown out again.
Wouldn't it be more sensible to communicate differently so that the planner is open as to how to implement the requirements in a plan?
If you get told "basically we like it, but...", then the planner also has the alternative to take another basic framework where things develop differently.
Basically, you have been stuck in a dead end for a while now, which is actually only known here in the forum from laypeople who do not want to part with their basic framework because so much time-consuming programming exercises are involved. This does not mean that the framework is the wrong choice, but you can see from the changes that you do not sit down and talk.

thank you very much for your help.

I tried for 2 hours now to draw a rectangle from the square. Unsuccessfully..

yes, then I seem to be so stupid to misunderstand the input here and pass it on incorrectly.

Nevertheless, thanks to everyone.
