Again about the kitchen planning: With a width of 3.60m, the room is too narrow for an island or peninsula that can accommodate both sink and cooktop.
Option 1: On the top of the plan, a wall unit with tall cabinets and sink or cooktop. Below it, with a distance of 1.20m, a peninsula docked to one of the two side walls. I can’t decide right now which I like better The peninsula could be about 2.60m long and 1.20m deep, with sink or cooktop placed on it.
Option 2: Remove the kitchen door and install a U-shaped kitchen
Option 3: Instead of the island, add a cabinet to the wall below the kitchen door.
Option 3: Remove the kitchen door. Place a tall cabinet row on this wall. On the left side of the plan, in front of it, a peninsula (top to bottom). In that case, it can be 3m+ long and accordingly both sink and cooktop can be placed on it. However, it cannot be quite as deep, about 1m-1.10m should fit.
There are certainly more possibilities
Where is the terrace again? In the west?
