that you also jump on the bandwagon .. shame on you

I will go through your key points chronologically:

1.) East facade
- the east side is "not visible", as it faces the neighbor with a "green wall" (3m distance)
- therefore it is important to me how it looks from the inside and not from the outside

2.) Sliding door(s) living room instead of 2 windows
- indeed I have thought about that and also received visual feedback from Zaba
- however, no door (element) is needed (see 1.)
- I am open to suggestions here though

3.) Bedroom/children’s room terrace door
- obsolete (see 1.)

4.) Children’s room west
- the idea of the parapet height of 40cm was that one can sit on the windowsill or have space to place things compared to a floor-to-ceiling window

5.) The closed kitchen
- if you have children you might understand (ypg possibly as well)
- I probably wouldn't have a problem with a reduction in width
- it should still be a full kitchen, with half the space it would be smaller than in a social housing unit

6.) Storage, utility room, guest WC
- pantry storage can be directly in the kitchen and does not require its own room
- I don’t like the guest WC in the utility room.
Alternative: between the two children’s rooms in the north at the end of the corridor, then everyone would have to go through the private area, but you have to make sacrifices somewhere
- this would allow a niche in the utility room for the wardrobe (since the WC door disappears) and the entrance area could be reduced from 2m wide to 1.40m? Move the bathroom to the left according to the plan and enlarge the children’s room in the west to regain the lost space of the guest WC

7.) Attic
- as you noted, there is plenty of space there, the idea of the space-saving staircase is good
do you possibly have a link to Nordlys here?

Thanks and good morning

Regarding the windows I gave you the advice to make a list. What are your pros for it? Please don’t write now that it’s cheaper, because what you save, the depreciation will cost you many times over!

For example, I would never buy a house that consists mostly of fixed windows.
The renovation (the costs) to convert something like that back is really high. We’re not talking about wallpapering and repainting here. That is comparable to a major renovation at least in the area of the windows!

You can complain all you want. The idea is so bad, it doesn’t get better by trying to put me in some corner.

We are pointing it out to you. The fact that all people build differently could also be a small hint, but you know better. It’s also not an irreversible process – taking out all the windows and replacing them is expensive but doable. So get building. I’ll be on the popcorn side and completely shameless.

Especially THEN not - I want to keep an eye on the brats and not have to wonder why it suddenly got suspiciously quiet in the living room that I can't see...

A kitchen is not measured by its size but by good planning and the utilization of the space. You have 16 sqm here, but at least 6 sqm are pure wasted space without any added value. I can enjoy the spaciousness of the room, as I said, only if it doesn't matter whether I waste 6 sqm there or not. You don't have that luxury. That’s why people often choose an open kitchen, because by removing a wall you also gain more space and can push the dining area into the kitchen area. With a separate kitchen, these areas are also separated with the necessary additional space consumption. Then you just have to save space elsewhere. 8-10 sqm kitchen for a purely functional kitchen is enough and can be well planned. But that’s exactly the point – this planning is still completely missing. You have a hall, but no concrete planning that fills this hall. For that, you are wasting a lot of your already scarce sqm, which would be desperately needed elsewhere.

A kitchen with two parallel work rows is ergonomically more favorable than a corner kitchen – just saying.

Guest WC between the children's rooms??? Please no – it just keeps getting worse here. What kind of bizarre ideas are wandering around in your heads???

Even if there is a green wall opposite in the east, in my opinion floor-to-ceiling openable windows would be the better choice. But do as you please. I have sniffed out the scent of consultation resistance here – every further word is probably pointless.
