In terms of layout, I actually don't find the floor plan bad at all, but there are still a few flaws that need to be optimized.
For example, the 3.36m in the living room (distance between sofa and TV) is too little.
You adapted the kitchen size to the kitchen equipment, but in return you patched the corner in the hallway.
The guest WC door opens outwards, all other doors open inwards.
The "stair-shaped" wall in the right children's room is not optimal.

I took the 336 cm from djon’s draft. If you don’t have oversized TVs, that is actually sufficient.

Yes, the kitchen corner ...

Guest toilet door, I wanted to keep the toilet small. The next doors immediately visible in connection are glass doors anyway, so I find the outward opening here very practical, because otherwise you have to make a guest toilet much bigger. To eliminate the risk that someone might collapse there and block the door entrance.

Stair-shaped wall in the children’s room. I tend to do this because I really like cupboard niches etc., since after furnishing such walls look very calm and large cupboards don’t stand there like blocks. However, this seems not to be so popular with architects and building regulations .. but I am not an architect . The first step serves the cupboard and the second step the slight privatization of the bed cover. And .. the rooms should be approximately the same size
---------------
... I’m uploading the two floor plans side by side for comparison.

You see that many rooms have almost identical sqm figures. However, I find that my rooms are easier to furnish. Take, for example, the utility room, somehow the upper area of your utility room plan is just a walking zone. Or the study ... a guest bed no longer fits at all there.

Kitchen, again only a small delicate L

And living room .. you left out the corner sofa this time right away

I don't find it that bad with the door opening outward. I had also planned that in my design... and also the wall... as long as it is a dimension where a children's wardrobe fits in...

yes, you are right about many points

however, I would somehow try to bring the living room to the upper part of the plan... so I would basically always have to go through the kitchen to get to the garden... or go around outside

also, I would have to switch "office with utility room," because our builder said that we’d be better off cost-wise if we have the utility room at the front of the house.

Why? The living area has access to the garden, the dining area, the kitchen, and the utility room. And then really think about how often you go into the garden after being in the living room. Well, let me quote myself
