Finalization of floor plan bungalow 130m² for 4 persons

Oh dear, that's a mess and not a house. Ever thought about an apartment? Maybe better.

Anyone who thinks that 130m² is not enough for a family of four has obviously already disqualified themselves.

kaho674: thanks, I'll try it out. We will probably give up on the shower in the guest bathroom since there is another shower in the outbuilding (80m²).

Primarily my office. Additionally, a small kitchen-living area + bathroom.

No problem for an apartment, yes. But with you, more than 25 m2 are already used up for corridors and technical rooms! And 20 m2 for the kitchen.... an apartment has the technical rooms outside (separate, not counted as living space!), usually a smaller hallway, and the kitchen is only half as big... so effectively you don’t have more space than in a 95 m2 apartment, only the kitchen is larger. And there’s no basement for all sorts of stuff either!

Take a mental step to the side and ask yourself: why do I even want such a minibathroom? For what? Which scenarios? And how often does each scenario actually occur?
