You don't seriously want to install fixed windows in the sleeping rooms? What do you mean, what is the alternative? Windows that can be opened, of course. I don't see any problems with the size.

You can google it and find plenty of pictures. The structure reminds me of branches on a tree – I really liked it.
I have the same glass in the light cutout of the front door and the bathroom door, and as a full glass door in the living room. I wanted all the "decorative glasses" in the house to match perfectly.
