thanks for your suggestions. With 130m² the house is not too small per se, only a bit trickier to design due to the requirements. I looked at some "mini-bathroom" variants on Pinterest and find them brilliant.
In the current floor plan I have:
- Widened the entrance hallway to 2m
- Integrated mini-bathroom with shower into the utility room, so that both the utility room and bathroom get a window.
- Fixed the kitchen at 16m²
- Separated the living room and private area with a glass door (the large hallway should allow enough air)
- Swapped children's room 1 with the bedroom (bed rotated in the bedroom)
- Both children's rooms will still get a window on the north side
Further planning needed:
- Main bathroom
- Mini-bathroom feasibility
- Windows in general (size + position)
