I think we don’t need to argue about the size of the toilet bowl now, do we? It’s fine. But it usually makes more sense to place the toilet and sink next to each other so you don’t have to zigzag around to the shower in the guest bathroom.
I think the project has gradually developed into something acceptable. Ok, the entrance is narrow and not great. But it’s still manageable. I would put a door between the living room and the entrance. There are two reasons for this: 1. it creates a cozier atmosphere in the living area and 2. it shields the toilet users from the living quarters. You want a quiet place where you don’t feel overheard.
I’m wondering whether the toilet and utility room could be swapped, but I suspect you’re not allowed to build over the pipes? Otherwise, of course, it’s nicer to have a window in the toilet – also for guests. The heater, on the other hand, doesn’t need any light.
I also miss windows on the north side. Two need to go in there (children’s room + bedroom) and the one behind the bed can then be removed.
I wouldn’t put the bathtub in front of the window. The window has to be easily accessible since it’s used frequently. I would prefer a classic arrangement.
