Finalization of floor plan bungalow 130m² for 4 persons

I am comparing Town & Country Bungalow 128 (with roof overhang / extended room) with the planned Town & Country 131, the additional cost amounts to almost 20,000 EUR. Therefore, it will remain with the simple building structure.

Draw correct furniture. A table is not just a table. If you want an XXL living area, then draw it right away.

I would never, never, never adapt the kitchen to my house but rather the other way around, first consider: how should my kitchen look, what criteria should it meet: island half-island or even an island with hob and sink (so-called aircraft carrier) U L or two-liner? do I want a built-in fridge or freestanding (maybe even a french-door or sbs) do I want a normal dining table or bar seats at the countertop (not an attached bar board) that can also be used well for baking activities with an island: can I also cope with a ceiling hood or extractor fan hanging in the middle of the room (optically) how many hot appliances do I want to accommodate (number of tall cabinets).... and much more can influence the shape and size of the kitchen, the position of doors and windows.... in my opinion important points that can lead to real problems once the plan is set.... at least if you value a proper kitchen and don’t want to be satisfied with compromises you wouldn’t believe how many go into kitchen planning when the house is already half finished and then are very sad because they can’t realize their dream kitchen....

But that is exactly what is going wrong. With your furniture everything looks very spacious, but if you place a corner sofa of approximately normal size, e.g. 2.70 x 1.50, it already looks completely different. I also wouldn't see your fireplace then.
