That is correct and planned that way. It allows more flexibility than a window : Don’t you think one window with 150x180 provides enough light? : Thanks for your feedback! The furniture is 1:1 to scale (measured), but as you pointed out, rough construction dimensions. There is supposed to be no fireplace in the corner but a Swedish stove, with a chimney on the outside. I had also separated the private area with an additional door, but ultimately decided against it. Are there perhaps photos/floor plans of your house or living room?

Light from two sides in the room gives a completely different spatial feeling. If that is possible, I would never do without it. It also gives you much more chance to bring light into the room (even in the north - light can come around corners!). The size is less decisive in comparison. Besides, windows are usually not more expensive than walls.

There are some and they are also included here but the floor plans don't say much, like yours either :-p. I’ll send you some photos of the ground floor via private message tonight.

How big is the table in the living room and/or kitchen, the sofas, and the bed?

Thank you. I look forward to the PM

- Living room dining table 200x170 (incl. chairs, I actually didn't measure this -.- )
- Couch 200x235 (fits)
- Bed actually only 200x200 (there are a few cm missing on the sides and back panel)
- Kitchen table (incl. chairs) 143 x 163

I will take a more detailed look at this next.

As much as I usually praise discipline given the variety of window formats, I must say here that the best side looks dead boring and falls behind compared to the front entrance. Regarding the kitchen terrace door, I agree that it suffers under the table. In general:

How many wives do you actually have?
(This question is, in my experience, the unbeatable best way to illustrate to a wife a useless redundancy, as I see it here in the form of the doubly duplicated dining table).

Polygyny is indeed tempting, but .. with only 1 kitchen, also only 1 woman

The "dining table" in the living room serves more the social component: crafting, playing, visiting, festive table. This table will - in my opinion - also remain, and if so, then the one in the kitchen will disappear.
