Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about the costs, but I can about the temperature of the hot water. To operate the heat pump economically, the hot water temperature should be as low as possible. What temperature do you have in mind? We currently have 43 degrees Celsius in the water storage and manage very well with it. If I want to wash something hot, I use the kettle. Another advantage of the low temperature is that children can no longer scald themselves.

The more heat, the better when washing up. Especially grease and stuck-on food can be removed that way. Currently, we live in a condominium where the extraction point in the kitchen is unfortunately 12m away from the circulation pipe. It takes forever for "hot" water to arrive here. In my opinion, we are even over 30 seconds here, although the building was completed in 2017. :/ Since we have pans with a coating and, as a household of 2 people, don’t always want to run the dishwasher for other pots etc. when it is actually empty, in our old apartment we turned on the hot water for 5 seconds and could quickly and easily rinse a pot we needed with hot water. Especially for coated pans, for example, dish soap is usually not very helpful. Therefore, it is already a hassle for us when we need hot water again. Grease dissolves rather little at only 43C – especially as some heat is also lost on the way. But somehow this is going off-topic... No clue what a good solution for us will be. I have read elsewhere that air-water heat pumps now apparently better meet the requirements. Whether a brine-water heat pump makes sense for us with 10,000 in extra costs, probably less so.

That’s true. Without circulation and with low water volumes in the pipes (max. 3 liters, see 3-liter rule) is an optimal design.

You can calculate the expected annual performance factor on the heat pump website (simply add a “de” at the end) – also for an air-water heat pump. There are many pumps in the database and this calculation is sufficient for BAFA (heating installers usually also use this website). If you get over 4.5, then you can also have the air-water heat pump subsidized.
Our original offer was 43,000 euros for an air-water heat pump and controlled residential ventilation. With the brine-water heat pump, we now come to about 48,000 euros (including trench collector). The air-water heat pump would not have been eligible for subsidy, the brine-water heat pump including controlled residential ventilation would have been. But you should calculate whether the air-water heat pump would also be eligible and whether a good design is possible (or from which outside temperature the air-water heat pump runs inefficiently).

Depends. A heat pump fresh water station from "Technische Alternative" or "Oventrop" costs about 1,500 euros on the internet + installation costs. The water storage tank (optimally a stratified buffer tank, 500 liters should be enough for you) costs depending on demand size around 800 - 1,200 euros.

Just so you know, grease comes off much better with a Zewa and cold water.
Only for the last film can you use hot water.

We are about to decide on a ground source heat pump for our house in BaWü. What experiences have you had with the passive cooling function of the ground source heat pump?

I am interested in the NOVELAN SICV (H3 / K3) and wanted to know how satisfied you are? Is the additional cost of over 3 thousand worth it?

Do you then let 19-20 °C cold water run through the underfloor heating in summer? For that, I probably need a dew point monitor in one room of the house. Or in every room?

Thank you very much for your experiences.

** You can’t really go wrong with the NOVELAN SICV H3 / K3, can you?

We are also considering whether it should be an air-water heat pump or a brine-water heat pump. I am still very undecided about it.
