The air-water heat pump has no outdoor unit. Therefore, it hardly matters how big the property is. I don't find either plan round. The gas solution with the radiators is somehow old-school. In the second one, the 800l tanks are intense, what is the reason for that? Personally, I wouldn't choose either ventilation but rather a proper central controlled residential ventilation.

I will stay out of the other points, but if increased sound insulation is required, I strongly advise against decentralized Controlled Residential Ventilation. Regardless of the wall construction, the fans always create a sound bridge.

This is suitable for quiet locations, but for higher requirements, a centralized Controlled Residential Ventilation is absolutely necessary.

For increased sound insulation, the timber frame construction could also be an argument. I am aware that prefabricated houses still have to struggle with strong skepticism up to prejudices. I had them too, until I finally took a look at model houses. But the times when prefabricated houses were cheap papier-mâché buildings are definitely over. In my eyes, a serious alternative to solid construction. Both have advantages and disadvantages that need to be weighed.

Which, to return to the topic, also applies to the offered heating concepts. There is still too much inequality for me: why is example "1" not also presented with underfloor heating (even if only to facilitate the comparison)?

Hey Alex, what is not so great about a split compared to indoor installation? Refrigeration circuit and the need to have it checked regularly? For indoor installation, note: - Preferably install at building corner to avoid thermal short circuit - The substrate (if the heat pump is housed in the basement) should not hold (temporarily) accumulating seepage/groundwater, otherwise it could be problematic with basement airtightness These were the two reasons for us against indoor installation (building corner was okay and clay soil). It will probably be an outdoor unit now, with an ugly tower in the front yard...

Read one sentence further

But your reason cannot be dismissed either.
