Maybe do that early. Who owns it? Not that the municipality exercises its right of first refusal.

Hello Joedreck

It belongs to a very old lady. She has two daughters. The woman does not want to part with her land. Her daughters do. We have already talked. I have to wait for the biological solution.

It is completely normal that you are interested in it ..... but the thought is somehow disgusting, if it was agreed like that and she doesn't know anything about it: "We'll wait until she dies, then you get it".

Hello tumaa you are interpreting something again that was never said. It was mentioned that "Mother never separates from her property". Steven

Knew it, I felt it.

I would say I am a nice and proper neighbor
Well, I’ve been living in a rented apartment in a multi-family building for over 10 years, no one has complained about me so far
If something doesn’t suit me, I address it factually and friendly.

But I’m also a friend of the weaker ones, both back in school and outside

My motto is: if you’re kind to me, I’m an angel to you, if you’re angry, I become the devil

But one more info for you: I prefer more apple spritzer than beer

I read a report about Hawaiians yesterday; their mentality is very close to mine.
