Duplex - Trouble with the Neighbor

When I read it like this, I am all the more grateful for our neighbors. We cannot complain at all. And thanks to 2x sidewalk and 1x street, we only have a neighbor on one side.

My new neighbors:

Wenner = is a carpenter, even has a few lambs = helpful
Alexander = heating engineer and all-round tinkerer = helpful (he already wanted to report a dog owner because his dog left several piles on my property.....)
Grandma and Grandpa A = storytellers (meant positively) and very kind to the children
Grandma B = sheriff, our watcher, constantly looks out the window and if something catches her eye, she passes it on to us, also very fond of children and generous
Helmut = a smart aleck or nitpicker, but stands up for us with the city when something happens

I am moving to Kaulsdorf.

Hellersdorf/Marzahn is, on the one hand – since it is located in the eastern part – not part of the island I mentioned, and on the other hand, it is probably not so plagued by Prenzlauer Berg transplants.
