First of all, generally the site manager is the one who implements a plan into a building. So it is already said, there must be a plan (which is then approved as a building permit) and something must be planned in it! After all, I do not know the plan. Generally, your slab foundation is separated from the neighbor’s basement and thus also thermally separated. For your slab foundation, which is higher than the neighbor’s, there is absolutely zero risk for you!

Unfortunately true! I had a construction site like that last year too. He constantly had objections, whether it was drainage, parking space, the color of the exterior plaster, or the design of the fence. But it calmed down over time and I think the client is happy now.

So mine are annoying and loud. That's why we also moved into a residential area where neighbors have children or will have them. Well, our neighbors on the right are retiring, but who already has a former pastor as a neighbor who is like a little cotton ball in temperament

My children are also loud. That’s why I have a detached house with a big garden. Inside the house, they can run around without the ceiling falling down on the person living below me. Outside, they can play, also loudly, because that’s basically how it is for children. Exceptions are Sundays and public holidays. And quiet times in general. As neighbors, we have three retired couples. On the left side, there is one couple. They are nice to the end. On the right side, there are two couples. One upstairs in the house, one downstairs. The ones upstairs are great. The one downstairs is annoying. Especially with his lousy garden. He wanted us to rake leaves because the wind blows the leaves into his garden... Yeah, sure... Otherwise, I basically answer people like that that he has the option to talk reasonably, or the conversation is over. Mostly during a pause for breath. If he keeps yelling, I just walk away and don’t talk to him anymore. Completely ignoring him is a lot of fun.

Mine is also loud. It feels like it gets louder with every week of daycare closure. Neither of the two neighbors, one of them the Catholic Cotton Balls, is bothered by it. I believe in the one semi-detached house (on the street 5 houses further, children are moving into the garden two properties over)

Does anyone still wonder why the elderly couple from #21 sold their house?
