No idea if you meant me because I’m treating myself to a LEICHT kitchen (by the way not on credit).
Maybe I’ll just clarify my position again. Ikea kitchen compared to, for example, the kitchen I chose is significantly cheaper, but not "cheap." Definitely a solid choice, which is meant completely without any arrogance or judgment.
For me, there was simply nothing suitable at IKEA, plus our kitchen is the focal point, and we had very specific ideas that we found there in terms of color and texture (Bondi front in carbon gray). For example, a flush-mounted sink was important to us, not (only) for practical reasons, but also for aesthetic reasons. And aesthetics are in the eye of the beholder, thus subjective and often associated with higher prices that cannot be described as economically rational. And that is absolutely not meant as a judgment. If it came across as arrogant or snobbish, I’m sorry, it definitely wasn’t meant that way. On the contrary: everyone has their individual requirements and assigns different values to things – and that’s okay, isn’t it?
I also can’t understand how people can spend the equivalent of a property (or more) on a car, a car definitely wouldn’t be worth that to me, even if I find an RS6 Avant nice. If I had the money it would still be a T2, 3, or 4 and a carbon racing bike with eTap and otherwise a nice break to have fun with the above equipment [emoji6]
So, sorry Nordlys if it came across the wrong way.
