How can a man just bite into the kitchen like that! Seriously, at our place, the woman does that. She picked everything out, she made the contract, she knows what she needs there.

Lets talk about lawnmowers, men. I’m into Alko mulchers with Briggs and Stratton engines. One cylinder, 3.5 HP. Never empty the basket, enough power for a 10-day lawn, reasonably affordable, simple to maintain, everything easily accessible, and it has a good sound, rich and throaty. Karsten

I don't know if lawnmowers are a "men's topic"? I am the only one at home who mows the lawn, my husband has rather no desire to do it, he much prefers to cook.

Best regards
Sabine

You poor woman. In the end, you're still standing at the grill while he chops tomatoes? But I'm also talking to you about mowers. Mulch or catcher? What do you think of the Stiga two-strokes?

I first bought a reel mower. Unfortunately, it only works on short grass, so that means mowing twice a week. I don't have time for that. Otherwise, it would be nice because you could also take it out on Sundays.

Electric (cable) was not an option – I'm afraid of the moment of switching to "cordless," it has happened to me before. Batteries are too advanced for me. A few weeks ago I bought the smallest SABO petrol mower and I am totally satisfied. But it no longer has a throttle lever!

No, that's this modern security craze that drives honorable 75-year-olds to wear ridiculous bike helmets. Only such a lever that you have to hold, let go of it, machine stops. But a piece of string helps, tangle tangle, and it's always full throttle. Karsten

How can a man be so obsessed with penny-pinching? Whereas most of your penny-pinching is simply buying one quality level lower for a bit less money and each time thinking you've just found the philosopher's stone... Your neighbors will be pleased. Man, oh man... for the 4 meters of lawn on a typical new-build plot, an electric lawn mower will do just fine. Wonderful...
