[QUOTE="ypg, post: 223488, member: 12491"This babble in the checkered college sweater is actually very annoying.
All that's missing is the raised finger, only certain professional classes and salaries are allowed to build. But then only with mainstream regulation plans, so that you can recognize your new friends by the front yard externally.[/QUOTE]
Such nonsense is nowhere to be found and is just made up by you here. I just want to warn against spending 420k on the house with a budget of 400k and then only being able to furnish the otherwise beautiful house sparingly.
A newly built house is already quite a luxury, whether 120 or 180 sqm. I think it’s better to build 2 sqm smaller and still have some money left for nice furnishings.

Well, now just read through all the questions here in the forum regarding financing. No one here seriously includes furnishings for a house in the calculations. And even in the cheap case, they are already very expensive because they are extensive. There are also many reasons not to buy expensive furniture right away. We, for example, have small children. With my sofa, which once cost 1000€, I really don’t care if the little one spills milk on it. If I bought a new one for a lot of money, I would probably cry. Likewise, you can also prefer to use equity for unchangeable things in the house. Personally, I would prefer that logically. Then save for 5 years and buy other furniture. But you don’t want to do without sockets, for example, just because you want to buy an expensive sideboard? You probably need to become aware of the relation of amounts here. People work hard and save/pay for the house their entire lives. Very few in Germany pull that out of their sleeve. And then to declare expensive branded furniture as standard in new construction.. You shouldn’t be surprised about the comments on your character here.

I fully agree with you, Joedreck. I also consider it more sensible to do things that are very complicated and expensive to change afterwards right away and to postpone easily changeable things like furniture. A kitchen is kind of an intermediate case, although I tend to regard it as "unchangeable." Electrical/Bus installation (if you want the latter), controlled residential ventilation, and also plumbing are clearly a priority for me. Chimney as well, but not the stove/fireplace. Furniture comes little by little over time, depending on budget, necessity, and willingness to change [emoji4]

Character aside, I just notice that Grym constantly makes claims that cannot be upheld, along with all the platitudes, clichés, and truisms, hearsay and subjective internet reviews being presented as facts. Incredibly ignorant and stupid.

Ikea may be cheap, but that is because you have to assemble it yourself. Some more expensive furniture is also made of plywood.

However, anyone who devalues Ikea because of the price has no idea about good design. Because Ikea is simply a leader in that. And expensive design houses are also furnished with Ikea basics, as well as with other unique pieces that are hardly ever found in a furniture store.
