Well .. here I am again, presenting a different concept.
The house proposal in currently has 138 sqm living space with 164 sqm gross floor area.
My proposal will have 127 sqm living space with 156 sqm gross floor area on the ground floor, which should reduce the price. Furthermore, I am omitting the angle of the bungalow, which should simplify the roof construction and thus make it even cheaper.
Since I could not deduce from the information whether a hip roof is mandatory, I chose a hip roof with a 35° pitch; personally, I would probably prefer a gable roof.
Basically, I would plan in a space-saving staircase, so rather not ideal rise and tread fixed.
Another requirement: heating and connections in the attic ... not sure if that works well, but it has been read about more often.
On the ground floor, one could then have:
I would prepare the attic with:
Multifunction room on the ground floor?? I imagine it initially serves as a study. If Child 2 comes along, the attic can be converted into an office and Child 2 accommodated in the multifunction room on the ground floor. When Child 2 is about 8 to 10 years old, the room might become too small, Child 2 could then move upstairs to the attic and the office moves back into the multifunction room.
If Child 2 moves out at some point, the attic can become a guest room, also for Child 2 and possibly family. But it is also conceivable that Child 1 still lives at home and might want to live somewhat more independently. Then (this would be at the earliest in about 20 years) one could consider replacing the stairs with a home lift like Climbee mentioned (not a stairlift) and give Child 1 a living area under the roof. The bathroom area there would then be modified so that at least WC use with a wheelchair is possible. But this last step is really very far in the future.
In general, I think that the rooms I have planned (except guest WC all with 101 cm doors, to the living area even 150 cm) are all easily accessible. In the main living area eating/cooking/living there are clearly defined passageways that are sufficiently wide.
The attic offers space in the north for further storage (seasonal decorations, winter-summer equipment etc.).
Carport set back a little, annex forms the terrace angle.
Overall, one would need to determine with precise land measurement how far the house must be set back from the street. Ideally only 3 m.
Maybe the previous premises need to be reconsidered.

On the ground floor, one could then have:
[*]Bedroom with space for up to 4 m wardrobe
[*]Child 1 room facing south
[*]Large bathroom where washing machine/dryer can also be accommodated
[*]A large straight living/dining/kitchen area with direct straight terrace access and sufficient maneuvering space for wheelchair
[*]Guest WC
[*]Wheelchair parking space under the stairs
[*]Multifunction room.
I would prepare the attic with:
[*]Partition to storage space
[*]Partition to bathroom and here at least currently plan WC and washbasin. Possibly a bathtub later
[*]Partition for technical room
[*]Area around the stairs could initially remain all open
