We thought more of the workroom as a place where my wife, as a tax clerk, can also work from home (home office) or in the future have her own office on the side. Otherwise, I also find a work nook completely sufficient.

Barrier-free is a general term, now it doesn't matter whether you yourself have a disability or a person in the family. Otherwise, it is more about the room layout and not about the neighborhood, and the floor plan also shows the orientation of the property.

You probably did not read my first post or not completely. Everything that is wanted is stated there. And if you want to build a bungalow, there are not many restrictions except what is obvious, e.g. 3m distance or max. permitted sealed surface area etc.

Something is not working today!

I have read this thread completely and despite repeated requests, I do not know how wide the house may be. How deep the building area is, how much boundary construction is allowed.

If you want some help with the design, you also have to provide the framework conditions.

I am not asking you again, the time is also used up for today... I have no time for big thoughts in the next few days.

Maybe someone else has time and inclination, your planner at least needs help.

Good night.

As said, everything is above. Maximum house width is shown in the floor plan. If I plan a 131 sqm house there, i.e. it is allowed (I do not plan this myself, the architect does that) And when I see some trying to give such quick-witted answers, I can only shake my head. [emoji6] Good Night you too! [emoji42]

I don't see any connection (?)

She means the dimensions of the building envelope.

It seems to me we are talking past each other – what is your native language?

The architect apparently has a somewhat ambivalent relationship to the plot, I have aligned the old and the current design with the same orientation (both north-aligned) next to each other:
