I also think we should stop the price discussions, because zizzi will plan his house with the company, then there will be a price, and he will decide if it works. No, a bungalow in northern Germany is not more expensive than a one-and-a-half-story house, it is such a common house type here that it is not considered something special. Otherwise, I stick to building the stairs right away. Rather, I would then forgo the linking and order the plaster variant. A bungalow can be painted without scaffolding without any problems. Unfortunately, you don't save a cent on the mason by having wider doors because door openings are measured too large. But now this leads to hair-splitting.

The bathroom is still not barrier-free.

Well then, I'll just mess around in there for a quick fifteen minutes:

Entrance wall to the living room angled # stairs placed where the storage room is # terrace pulled inward to get closer to 140 sqm. There's space for built-in closets under the stairs, in front of which you can work from home. Not perfect, but just a quick rough tweak.

Costs. You can't get everywhere with the standard. A few real cost drivers are necessary. For example, a shower with a drain in the middle, height-adjustable washbasins, terrace door without a threshold. Are these things already included in the price?
