In my opinion, all roofs except [tonnen- und flachdächer] that have a slope greater than 25 degrees should be allowed.

Standards are minimum measurements and not necessarily comfortable. At least that is my perception and my experience.

Pitched roofs from 25 degrees, without roof shape regulation; in the word verge (under 1c) it is hidden that gable roofs are possible.

You don’t have to cover the hallway with linoleum in the regulation width anyway

So, me again .. now with the idea of the long south side and thus the entrance from the north, meaning from the carport. Therefore, no second entrance is required.

Realized:

    [*]Master bedroom
[*]Family bathroom (the indicated shower area has the size of 150x150. Foldable glass elements would be conceivable. The sink next to the toilet should be height-adjustable.
    [*]Office or child 2 room
    [*]Child 1 = wheelchair room
    [*]Technical room including washing machine/dryer
    [*]Guest WC
[*]Dining/Cooking/Living, whereby living is somewhat around the corner. Also, a small office corner indicated.
[*]Closed storage area for vacuum cleaner, mop, some seasonal decorations, etc.
[*]Open storage area next to the closed area for the street wheelchair
    [*]Wardrobe in the entrance area
[*]Open and closed storage areas could be replaced by a steep straight staircase (indicated in the attic floor plan). The street wheelchair would still find space under the stairs and the rest would have to be reconsidered. However, several square meters could still be developed under the roof, for example, if family planning proceeds as desired. Therefore, I would definitely plan the ceiling opening.

[*]Carport designed in such a way that the wheelchair can also be driven in from the side and that it is possible to get to the front door with the wheelchair, meaning paths as corresponding ramps.

Total living sqm now 134, gross floor area approx. 165 sqm.

By the way, I see privacy protected by the fact that the house entrance is not visible from the street now.
