... I was talking about MY rectangular floor plan suggestion. Somehow, such a discussion is ZERO fun.

Kbt09, you really tried to draw a floor plan considering our needs. I thank you. When I criticize it, it gets defended from the other side. And that takes forever and unfortunately without concrete consequences because many things that are defended are just a matter of taste, so sometimes everyone is right even though they have different opinions.

The floor plan I last received from BU doesn't quite please me either...

I think you should really reconsider climbee's post, number 147 (unfortunately cannot be linked directly at the moment). I miss a concrete engagement and argumentation on your part. Simply calling it a matter of taste is not appropriate given your premises .. sorry.

I also have two more suggestions!
By now, I no longer go into detail – sketches usually can’t be grasped by homeowners, so I use a "quick" program. I’ve already left out some windows, as well as example furniture, etc.
You don’t have to see everything to scale, since I don’t have the plot dimensions in front of me, and so on.
Does anyone feel like tidying up my storage room????

With the second one, I don’t even know how big it is yet.

The first one is about 135 sqm. Here you can swap the bedrooms: either the parents want privacy or the child is annoyed; there is a granny flat at the top left of the plan.

Both have an entrance canopy integrated, so your child can stand under cover.

In the second one, there is a work niche at the top right of the plan. By the way, the second one is designed for lovers of angled bungalows.

Overall, everything is open, and there is wheelchair space almost everywhere. Storage rooms and the like don’t have 1-meter doors. Why should they... In an emergency, a sliding door will do...
but there are endless rolling spaces inside the house.
