We took the Oslo as a basis but the exterior dimensions and the layout are now different, as it was adapted to the plot and our needs.
We can still change them as far as we like.
In the attachment, you can see the basic Oslo house.

This is just a thought of mine, I don’t know if it’s feasible or not. Maybe you’re right.
Regarding maneuvering space, it is like this now because we wanted a study and two children's rooms. Otherwise, the kitchen was in the right spot (one side terrace and the other side living room).
I don’t know how to manage everything without moving the kitchen.

We now have the problem that the initial thread with the requirements and plot is missing here or is not linked. Basically, I see more potential for an accessible bungalow, but with fewer workrooms, possibly just a work niche or something like that. Again: is the provider fixed? Was it actually a developer, including the plot, or are you flexible? You just asked the question about buying the plot, so why is the house design being planned so hastily? Mobile greetings on the go

I see that you have not filled out the questionnaire at all, and the site plan, that is the property plan with measurements, is also missing. Please complete this so that we can make concrete proposals for you.

Mobile greetings from on the go

We will most likely get the property (Städtischegrundstück). BT is fixed, as I don't know a better option, but we are actually flexible. Whether I buy and build on the property depends on whether I can finance everything (I have already spoken with a few banks, so far everything looks good). Therefore, I have to work in parallel, find a property, get a concrete offer from BT (the house has to be planned), get approval from the bank, and then it will start. The property looks like this.

Take a look at the very top of this subforum "Grundrissplanung" in the pinned thread, read and fill out. How are improvements supposed to be made when only 2 out of 100 know that you have a disabled child, etc. Or that a two-story building is being put up in the south? Also, the building envelope is missing. What you don’t have as a plan, you have to draw yourself. A well-thought-out design does not arise within an hour and not without basic knowledge. If some people here are thinking intensively, the fundamental things have to be laid out. No one invests much time if later it turns out this or that is not wanted or allowed.
