Ok, that's already a bit more.

First of all: Knock down the house price like that. With your demands, you will never come that cheap. Then you urgently have to consider whether you really want to plan the house for 5 to 6 people or build/move again in a few years. A bungalow with your space requirements is also unrealistic. Build a single-family house with an "attached" children's room. In other words, place your bedroom with a children's room downstairs next to the living room and co, and upstairs there is a floor for more children, guests, and work areas. Possibly also plan storage rooms there. A round hallway with a wide open living area. No closed kitchen. Also access to the children's room for your child from the living room and from your bedroom.

Sometimes I have the feeling we want a house that is bigger on the inside than on the outside [emoji6]
That's what the BT is doing now. As an accessible house, we also want to find the golden mean, meaning suitable and affordable.

Attention! This is now presented very simply but may possibly help. You need to remain very simple and clearly structured for your child, especially on the ground floor.

Thanks for the sketch. We are planning to build a bungalow.
What you have outlined here is apparently a 2 or 1.5 story construction.

I understand that you want to build a bungalow. It just doesn't work with your budget at that size.

I can only agree with you there, ! For 4 people, one of whom is wheelchair-bound, it will not work – but I have already mentioned that 2-3 times. Not to mention additional children. It will also be more expensive to retrofit the stairs in 5 years if you want to increase the family to 6 people. The house price of 170,000-200,000€ is also ambitious and shaky. Also consider the incidental construction costs, which add 30,000-50,000€. Have you factored those in?
