Yes, I have disregarded the carport. But only because I don’t see it placed yet.
I see the utility room more in the east (the carport could also go there to further shield the terrace).
I see the children's rooms in the west.

If I spent more days on it, if I could use my program, the ideal floor plan would result.
However, I knew from the start that zizzi is not open and flexible. My idea from the beginning was to use the body of the bungalow and make it accessible for a wheelchair user.
For me, the priority here is to create a good living area for a possible family of four with one wheelchair user – whether the utility room is in the northeast or now in the southeast is negligible. If it bothers: the whole layout “kitchen, dining, living, and utility room” can also be rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise.
Putting a room for the little one in the south would be nice, but possibly not so good if he spends the whole day in the wheelchair.

Kerstin, your north arrow is misplaced
Compare your orientation with that of the GUs... or did you take the N from #11?

Yes - what doesn't fit must also be named. Otherwise, no one knows exactly what was "bad" about a proposal and therefore cannot make another proposal specifically "better." I also find this nicer out of courtesy towards the proposers.

I rotated the plan from the GU 90° to the left, as well as the site plan: This is how the floor plan views, for example in post 166 (direct linking no longer works .. see also conversation), were created. So the street would be to the east. And your floor plans would have approximately west at the top.

Regarding Kerstin's design and the desire for privacy: One could relocate the door of the parents' bedroom downward towards Child 2. This would indeed reduce valuable closet space, but perhaps it could be compensated with a narrow dresser on the top left side of the plan. And for your child, I don't find the access too public. Short distances with the wheelchair are much more important to me than long distances between the children's room and the living area just for the sake of privacy. What do you think?

You don't receive clients in the home office, right zizzy? Then Kerstin's latest design with an integrated home office in the living area would work quite well.

Cut out scale-accurate realistic furniture (your own with desired dimensions or some from the suggestions here) and place them in the design of your construction company.
You had drawn something in your design before, but it looked somehow disharmonious. I don't remember it exactly anymore.

Yes, according to the development plan the street is to the east, but the plot is not rectangular. The bungalow of the BU is oriented towards the "northern" boundary, so that the angle of the house is to the south. That is adopted in my case as well.

But it doesn’t matter: the truth lies in the middle

House planning is more than just working through a list. Overall, it has to fit.
I just find it unfortunate when barrier-free design is interpreted as making the corridor passable, i.e. wider. In my opinion, more fine-tuning is required here so that the day is not constantly spent in the corridor.
As the thread has developed, the child cannot move themselves or the wheelchair alone. In this respect, spatial integration should be considered and not a corridor that only separates the family members. My opinion: the journey is the goal, so also the corridor as such.
For zizzi, it seems to me that he is not aware of this.
