.. and, how did the reflection days turn out?

Once again for comparison:
Your status:

Make full use of the plot width, still about 300 cm space to the southeast (left side of the plan) and about 370 cm space to the right for the carport driveway

My approach, narrower house but longer:

The carport driveway can be much wider and thus also offer better wheelchair access possibilities. And to the bottom of the plan, south, there is also a good 5 m of space.

Too bad, zizzi, that there is no feedback at all on Kerstin's design. There is definitely a lot of work behind it. If you don’t like certain things about her floor plan, you can say so. Definitely better than no reaction.

I like Kerstin's design very much. It is more practical for everyday wheelchair use than your two designs. In the kitchen/dining/living area, the child in the wheelchair can be involved everywhere without being in the way of other family members. Large cloakroom. The optional stairs later on work great without much effort. Only one front door saves space and money.

Regardless of how the floor plan will eventually turn out, I would generally recommend providing a wheelchair parking space that is either along one wall or in a corner, rather than a proper niche. An extra wall might restrict maneuvering. Plan an outlet there right away, if you haven’t already done so. If I remember correctly, this is being planned for a self-propelling wheelchair user, right? Sliding doors would be nice for the bathroom or children's room. Especially for self-propelling wheelchair users, the bathroom door might otherwise be cumbersome to open.

By the way, Kerstin, how wide is the hallway to the bathroom? It’s hard to judge on my phone.

.. the hallway is 150 cm wide, also in the bathroom.

The wall that I had planned for the niche for the wheelchair in the hallway, I would now also leave out. If a staircase ever goes there, it has to be removed anyway, and besides, at the beginning a folding attic ladder can be installed there for access to the attic and used well.

The power outlet is basically standard equipment, since such spaces are mainly used for charging the electric wheelchair. I also agree with omitting this wall.

I thought the hallway was narrower, Kerstin. 1.50m fits perfectly.
