Extra cost yes, but not much. So with 1m wider doors, there's little masonry work, but the doors are somewhat more expensive.

If we want a child, we first have to create space; if not, we have to/should stop. But having 2 more children is realistic, right? Could you please send your floor plan once? I don’t want to compare but maybe I can get an idea.

For ancillary construction costs I have electricity, gas, water, sewage, telephone connections/shafts construction electricity construction water authority costs outside facilities and possibly kitchen may be added. Probably a bit more for earthworks and subsequent requests

You can simply look in my threads. I haven't created that many. Ours is included there. However, you will hardly be able to map your space requirements on one floor without becoming very large, and that could then conflict with your floor area ratio.

That's why I'm asking if the planner has been changed.

Where did I miss the information that the plot was changed?

So five years old and severely disabled for three years. Everything is "open". But this floor plan won’t work with that. The child will grow bigger and heavier, meaning a lift between the care tub or possibly between bed and wheelchair will be required. He can become more mobile, but maybe more in overall condition and not also in detailed hand articulation. For a "spastic" maneuvering with the wheelchair, these corridors are not suitable; the previous design still fit that. A control system that could "iron that out" costs a hefty five-figure sum, if it’s even available (custom-made). The house would therefore at least have to be designed to allow the wheelchair user to switch between electric drive and accompanying pedestrian. An experienced specialist planner is needed here, and a catalog design as a starting point is unsuitable.

I took the liberty of searching for Evolith's draft and posting it here.
Compact hallway, 3 bedrooms included in just under 170 sqm...

And nobody here has to say that 170,000 for 130 sqm is not tight,
Just as little as 4 rooms plus living-dining are tight on 130 sqm when the hallways are to be designed barrier-free.

Not everywhere are there Brandenburg conditions.
Even though Lower Saxony is already quite affordable as standard - barrier-free is simply not a standard.

You should actually consider how (even if with the house price and on 130 sqm everything could now be implemented) to reconcile the rooms with your family planning. Are 3 children then supposed to sleep in the one children's room?
Or do you want, once the house is finished, to immediately start expanding the upper floor and thus install the staircase?
Then you might as well install it right away, right?
