I don't know why the house price is being criticized again, in the standard version it's okay, of course without additional construction costs, but it only says the house is turnkey,

Why actually once again the huge amount of additional construction costs?

Because he doesn't want/need to build standard. A wheelchair has to fit through the doors. That means somewhat wider. Up to 4 (!) children are supposed to live there later. We built a 168sqm bungalow with standard specifications. I know what I'm talking about.

1.00 wider doors do not incur any additional charge, For the number of children, it is too cramped, I understand that,

1m may not be enough for the wheelchair in some cases. Especially if you want to give the child the opportunity to maneuver by themselves.
In addition, the smooth exit to the garden and the street, a wheelchair-accessible shower, and a spacious bathroom.
That quickly adds up to quite a bit extra.

I have included that as well.

I have also included the additional construction costs.
We have decided on a bungalow because we do not want our first child to see that the siblings are upstairs while he always has to stay downstairs. A stairlift is out of the question, as it is not practical for us (it makes more sense for someone who uses a stairlift in a wheelchair and is reasonably fit). An elevator is also out of the question due to purchase and maintenance costs.
The study is the reason why we now have an extra hallway to get to the living room; otherwise, I think everything could look better.
Without a study, what could we do with all the folders and paper storage?! One room with a 1.5m shelf, a PC desk, a writing desk, and two chairs is enough, so 5-6 sqm.
