Also consider the additional construction costs, which amount to 30,000-50,000 €.
Have you included them in your calculations?
I have included that as well.
I can only agree with on that!
For 4 people, one of whom is a wheelchair user, it will not work – but I have already mentioned that 2-3 times.
Not to mention more children. It will also be more expensive to retrofit the stairs in 5 years if you want to increase the family to 6 people.
The house price of 170,000-200,000 € is also daring and shaky.

We have decided on a bungalow because we do not want our first child to see that the siblings are upstairs while he always has to stay downstairs. A stairlift is out of the question, as it is not practical for us (it makes more sense for someone who uses a stairlift in a wheelchair and is reasonably fit). An elevator is also out of the question due to purchase and maintenance costs.
The study is the reason why we now have an extra hallway to get to the living room; otherwise, I think everything could look better.
Without a study, what could we do with all the folders and paper storage?! One room with a 1.5m shelf, a PC desk, a writing desk, and two chairs is enough, so 5-6 sqm.
