"BEG: In 2021, the funding programs are to be consolidated
In order to process funding applications more quickly in the future, the federal government approved additional positions for the BAFA in the 2020 budget. In March 2020, 31 positions were newly filled, 19 positions are still vacant (as of 6/24/2020). Eleven positions are therefore to be filled by July 1.
The funding programs are to be regularly evaluated. With the new "Bundesförderung für effiziente Gebäude" (BEG) planned for February 2021, the various funding programs are to be user-friendly consolidated. Further incentives for sustainable new buildings and renovations are also planned. The Energy Renovation Measures Ordinance is to be adjusted to the technical requirements of the new BEG in this context."
After a brief internet search, this new funding structure results from the climate package and is intended to contribute to achieving the 2030 climate targets.
In addition to new additional funding, tax incentives are also being discussed (e.g., deducting artisan services as part of the tax return "without tax trick residence relocation").
This can gladly be used to consolidate information about this new funding program.
I would also be interested in your opinion on whether it might make sense to wait with applying for financing or submitting the building application until February 2021. What do you think?
